- Profile Data: Skill level (NTRP), preferred playing zones (e.g., West End, Downtown), and match preferences.
- Communication Data: Chat logs or messages sent through the platform to other players or support.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect primarily to facilitate the tennis flex league. Specifically, we use your data to:
- Create and manage your player profile.
- Organize matches, assign divisions, and display leaderboards (using your Player Tag and limited profile data).
- Send you important updates regarding season schedules, match assignments, and platform changes.
- Provide customer support.
3. Who Processes Your Data
We do not sell your personal data. We share your information only with essential third-party service providers needed to operate the platform:
- Payment Processing: We use Polar as our payment processor. When you pay for a season pass, your payment details are processed directly by Polar. Unseeded does not store your credit card information.
- Database & Hosting: Your profile data is securely stored in our managed database infrastructure to provide you with seamless access to the platform.
4. Public Roster & Visibility
By participating in the league, you understand that your chosen Player Tag, division, and match results will be visible to other players on the platform to facilitate competition and leaderboards. You have the option to opt out of the public Season 1 field during registration or in your account settings. Opting out still occupies a group slot, shown only as a private player — without your name, photo, or player tag.
5. Your Rights & Data Deletion
Under Canadian law, you have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted.
